My order showed up with some damage, probably from getting knocked around during shipping, I guess? I emailed otonajp with a few photos and they got back to me quickly. They didn’t make it difficult at all, just confirmed a few details and offered a replacement. The new one arrived in good condition, so I think that’s solid customer service, right? Mistakes can happen, but they handled it better than I expected. 5 stars from me

"Pretty good overall, with a couple small issues"
I ordered from otonajp.com and the item showed up mostly how it was described. The packaging was fine, not amazing or anything, but it did the job and nothing was damaged. I did notice a few tiny marks that I don’t remember seeing in the photos, but the condition was still good overall. Shipping was a little slower than I was hoping for. I’d give it 4 stars.

I ordered from otonajp and the confirmation email showed up quickly, which was reassuring. It had the order number, items, and price right there, so I didn’t have to wonder if my order actually went through. The only thing I’d say is the email layout could be a little cleaner or easier on the eyes. Still, it did the job and everything was clear enough overall.

I ordered a few things from otonajp the best part was that the stock status was accurate. If something showed as available, it was actually available, no annoying cancellation after paying or random email saying I had to wait. My brain basically uses “in stock” as a green light, so it was nice not having to second-guess it. Shipping was normal too. Overall, happy with the experience and it made ordering way less of a hassle

"Exchange was way more frustrating than it needed to be"
I needed to exchange my order the whole process was annoying. Replies took forever, the instructions weren’t very clear, and I had to follow up twice just to keep things moving. What frustrated me most was how their policy seemed to have these little loopholes that made the exchange harder than it should’ve been. It finally got sorted out, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience.

"Pretty solid packaging overall"
My order from otonajp showed up packed well honestly. The box felt sturdy and everything inside had plenty of bubble wrap, so the items werent sliding around or anything. The only small thing was the outside box had a few dents, probably from shipping, but the actual product was totally fine. Overall I'm happy with how it was packed and I'd order again.

I had a bit of a mess with my order where I got charged extra for some reason. I emailed them, and it took a couple messages back and forth to get it all figured out. Not super instant, but they did sort it out and refunded the extra charge. So yeah, a little annoying at first, but it ended fine and I’m happy with how they handled it.

"Sizing was a bit frustrating"
I ordered two items from otonajp.com, the sizing was kind of annoying. One item fit close to what I expected, but the other was definitely smaller than it should’ve been, even after I checked the size chart. It’s not the end of the world, but I don’t really have the patience for guessing games with sizing, so I’d probably size up next time.
